qrsevlo, Inc. was incorporated in January 2007. Prior to this, qrsevlo existed as two separate companies of "Quantum Rift Software" and "Everywhere's Local" (both sole proprietorships).

Once it was realized that both companies started to share philosophies, not to mention use the others services for everything, it only made sense to merge them into a single company. qrsevlo does operate under other names, specifically the names of the former companies.

qrsevlo has an internal structure consisting of divisions. Each division is in essence a company within itself. For example, our software division deals with website design and custom software; the Everywhere's Local division deals with classifieds. The only overlap between the two is they both use computers and software.

qrsevlo's policy for our products and service is our philosophy for life:

everyone should be able to have what's needed for life,
at prices they can afford

At first glance it may seem like a department store slogan -- but it's not. It's not a "low price" philosophy, but a "price everyone can afford" one. Meaning, we have set prices for all goods and services, but we'll accept counter-offers for everything. We just reserve the right to decline any offer; after all, we need to make a profit.
