Alcove Service to Complement Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Boards

Robinson, Illinois, 2007 April 10 qrsevlo, Inc. announced today that they have unveiled their alcove service to the public. Alcove service is a public service designed to bring business leaders together with the community, while keeping the public up to date with the happenings around them through public events and meetings. It’s purpose is to create a sense of community in communities.

Alcove service is designed along the lines of a Chamber of Commerce as well as a tourism board in its functions. The Alcove provides online business directories sorted by category for all businesses and groups, as well as having monthly newsletters about what’s happening in the community, and business programs designed to promote understanding with technology-based business concepts. General computer tutoring “classes” are also provided to members on-site at minimal fees.

Alcove also will be holding group gatherings for the community three to four times a year. Their goals are to have job fails, food bakeoffs, local band concerts and other community-based events to draw in new people and businesses to the town. Gatherings will be held at set times each year to create loyalty. Each gathering will be at little to no cost, and open to everyone.

qrsevlo, Inc’s Alcove service membership is provided free of charge to all businesses, groups and individuals — no dues are required. Individual services may require small fees.

Additional details about the alcove are available on the web.
