qrsevlo, Inc.

Privacy Policy

qrsevlo , Inc (Quantum Rift Software, Everywhere's Local, Sex, Love and Friendships, qrsevlo Alcove) will collect different pieces of information either auto-gathered (ex: IP Address), or voluntarily provided (ex: content in e-mails, forum posts, classifieds posts, etc). With the exception of your IP address, any other information you provide that can identify you would be directly provided to us by you. qrsevlo, Inc. doesn't consider IP address identifiable in itself, as it doesn't tell us "John Smith, age 43 at 1313 Mockingbird Lane", but more along the lines of "USA - Illinois - Chicago".

Any information that we gather will be used only by qrsevlo, Inc (and by Google Analytics); any other people getting your information will be done with your knowledge (ex: PayPal, or advertisers when you click their advertisement and go to their website). As long as you don't threaten, harass, stalk, or otherwise break the law while posting things on our site(s) that may cause a police agency or internet provider to get involved, any information you provide to us will stay with us unless you specifically say otherwise (ex: posting a classified with contact info in the post will be on the web, however you had to of put that information in there yourself).

All information that you provide to us directly will be kept indefinitely in the forms of archives or backups. While this means we could technically go back 5 years and pull up something you posted, this isn't true in practice. In actual practice, all information is discarded after 1 year from the last active date of being used (classified posts are discarded 1 year from the remove date -- forum posts are kept indefinitely unless deleted by the original poster). Discarded, as far as this is concerned, is archiving the data to CD/DVD and removing from all computers and kept so only a subpoena will allow the data to be accessed. As qrsevlo, Inc deals with many things, some being security issues, others being classifieds where illegal things could be posted, we try to keep information available.

{Our official retention policy: All information is to be kept until the topic for the said information is over or no longer valid; a period not to exceed 1 year is to be maintained before the information is removed from all computer systems and archived to CD/DVD or destroyed. Once archived to CD/DVD, any information on the disk may be kept for 5 years or until the media corrupts; all archived data is to be considered "destroyed" in the eys of all employees, and can only be reviewed if required by law.}
