qrsevlo, Inc. respects individual's and business's rights to privacy. The following policy lists what information we may collect and how we'll use the information. This applies to all qrsevlo, Inc. divisions.
Data Collection & Tracking
All information provided freely to qrsevlo, Inc. as well as any information collected through normal browsing on our sites may be kept indefinitely. This information is used only by qrsevlo, Inc. for responses, site statistic information, or for legal reasons in the case of public posts, or threatening content. All information is kept private, unless subpoenaed. We will not sell, lease, or otherwise give your personal information out for profit (we can profit from banners, personals, job postings, etc -- however we aren't selling private information, only information provided to us to display).
- Web forms, Newsletters, Store, etc (freely-given information)
- We will collect and store any information entered through any of our online forms.
- Everywhere's Local posts are kept indefinitely for legal reasons. Posts made are visible online, as specified by the poster.
- Quantum Rift Software message board posts are kept indefinitely, with the exception of spam which is deleted. Posts made are visible online, as specified by the poster.
- Sex, Love, and Friendships personals are kept indefinitely, as well as all modifications to the profile throughout the life of the personal. If a person is removed, the information will be removed from online, but we will still retain the info in our database(s) and backups.
- We will collect and store any information entered through any of our online forms.
- Website Browsing (info tracked as you browse our sites)
- We will collect and store information such as where you go on our site. This includes what pages you view and any search terms you use, as well as any search terms used by the search engine to find the page.
- No personally identifiable information is actually collected (as in "Bob Smith on 7th street"), unless you happen to search for yourself on our website. We will store the information via ip address and hostname. Neither item can identify you personally, and this information is given to all websites you visit. Without the info being sent, you couldn't access websites.
- Some places consider an ip address "personally identifiable" even though it could be used for one, or a thousand people! Even with "ip to location" databases, they're only accurate if your ISP and your dial-up/broadband connection location is in the town you are in. And then, we only have a city, in most cases, a city within 100 miles of you.
- This information is used for site statistics, advertising campaign targeting, and overall site performance. In some cases, we may use it to localize your results on first-visit.
- Site performance includes website design changes to make it more useful to visitors

All e-mails sent to us may be viewable by any employee of qrsevlo, Inc. and should not be considered "private" to the recipient only
- Unless illegal activity is found or under investigation within the company, all e-mails sent to a person directly will be read only by that person.
- E-mails sent to "info", "support", "customer service", etc may be read by one or more people. This is to speed up response times to any requests. All employees have a personal e-mail address with the company. If the e-mail address doesn't have a specific name, it can be read by anyone.
- Newsletters
- Any Newsletters may contain information as provided by users. Classified content (Everywhere's Local) may be used in newsletters for a "Newspaper" type of format. Personal Ad content (Sex, Love and Friendships) may be used in a newsletter, and on-site.
- Advertising campaigns may use the data, but this is opt-in. Content on other divisions may be used; however, the person will have to of granted permission either via e-mail or in consent upon giving us the information.
- Information in the newsletter will not contain any personally identifiable information, except in the case of Everywhere's Local Classifieds, where the information will be what you gave us permission to display publicly.
- Newsletters are sent only to those people who have subscribed to them. They are "Opt-in".
Summary
In general, no information provided to qrsevlo, Inc. will be disclosed to any other party outside qrsevlo, Inc. without consent or subpoena.
