Web/Password Encryptor
Ouw web encryptor was designed by qrsevlo, Inc for the purpose of being able to send passwords to our clients over e-mail in a somewhat encrypted form. While it may appear as a simple base-64 encoding, it's not entirely. Basically it just a step above telling someone their password is: "0123456798" in an e-mail -- hackers would be more likely to automatically scan a series of e-mails than actually read and follow links to a site, and enter the info there.
Basically, this form was designed when clients would request the password to be reset, or just say "hey, what's my password that I told you?" -- instances where the password would have to be sent through e-mail.
NOTE: Our qrsevlo, Inc site is not SSL encrypted -- if you want this ability on your own SSL-encrypted site, please contact us and we'll give you the code behind this page.
